Coles History

Over sixty years ago Albert Cole, a Master Baker with an enviable reputation, opened for business in Great Chesterford. Along with his wife, sons and daughter he baked spectacular tasting bread, confectionery and puddings for discerning palates.

Little has changed over the generations and the company is still run by the Cole family. All their puddings and cakes are baked to perfection to taste as nature intented. The Cole family use no artifical perservatives, colours or flavouring.
